Barry first joined the hairdressing industry in 1999 and very quicky realised it was all aspects of colour that really excited him, working his way up to technical director and colour educator. Over the years Barry has travelled around the UK and Internationally delivering education, designing techniques and trend reporting – he has worked for numerous big names in the industry and is now very proud Co-Owner of ME Collective.

Specialising in cutting, styling and salon management – Jo is all about amazing hair and happy teams.

Jo started hairdressing in 1995 right here in Winchester, her passion for people quickly lead her to qualify in all things training and leadership, with a move to Management quickly following. Over the years Jo has managed a variety of salons even studying for a CIPD HR qualification – she has worked for numerous big names in the industry and is now very proud Co-Owner of ME Collective.
